Project name: Advanced Materials and Process Engineering Laboratory - logo.

Description: the Advanced Materials and Process Engineering Laboratory (AMPEL) is a multi-disciplinary research centre with participation of research groups from the faculties of Applied Science, Science and Dentistry and strong collaborations with the Faculty of Medicine (University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC).

Goal: create a logo that is immediately associated with the distinctive architecture of the building. However, the many chimneys may also represent the scientific community working together towards a common goal, the progress of humanity and science.
